Hi, I'm Michelle
Principal and Founder of a Freelance Teacher Education business catering to the fastest growing education sector worldwide.
As a dedicated educator, I experienced firsthand the frustrations of endless paperwork, tedious meetings, and rigid standardisation that stifled my passion for teaching. As the years turned into decades, my personal misalignment with the direction of our education system led me to what I call "My Humpty Dumpty". Shattered, I could not imagine myself in another career, and I refused to continue to go against my personal beliefs around how we are being asked to treat the sacred youth of our world. Determined to find a better way, I embarked on a journey to reclaim my love for education, create space for children, adolescents and families, and invent a more fulfilling career for myself.

Through exploration and innovation, I created the world of freelance teaching. (Big claim, lol!! But it simply did not exist around me!! The idea literally arrived as a dream and I've watched it grow since). Forging this path allowed me to leverage my teaching expertise, design personalised learning experiences, and connect deeply with my students—all while enjoying the freedom and flexibility I had longed for. Today, I’m proud to share the insights and strategies I’ve gained with fellow educators who are ready to break free from the constraints of traditional teaching and thrive in a rewarding, heart-centered education business.
